Anyone ever been?!

Thats where I ventured off too this weekend, very LAST MINUTE by the way. Tim’s fraternity goes on a camping/canoeing/drinking trip right before school lets out, which in turn creates CABREWING. Basically we camp out for a night, and during the day we go on a long canoeing trip that consists of floating down the hocking river and drinking. Sounds fun right? I had a blast! 

The FF couldn’t make it down for the weekend, so I went with my best friend Steve who is also in the fraternity – he is a riot – here is a repeat picture of Steve and Tim:

Needless to say, Steve’s date ditched him so I came in as the best friend backup, but despite all that I knew we were going to have a good time. Our day started out helping my friend Ricky put up his house of a tent, check this thing out:

It was huge. The funniest part of this story was that literally minutes after we put this thing up, we were told we were at the WRONG campsite and had to travel a few MILES down the road. We absolutely refused to disassemble the tent, so we tried to just hold it up in the back of Ricky’s trunk and have two other friends hold the tent up – it was a RIOT:

We decided that we had to pull over before we got on the highway and disassemble the tent – it would have been too dangerous, but we weren’t aware of where we were going! Hilarity was definitely the buzz in the morning.    On to food!

Friday dinner was quick and easy. The dietician and I both had plans that night, and I had friends coming in town so we had to hurry and get ready fast. We made a Bertolli dinner with some side salads. This one was the Garlic Shrimp and Penne (don’t quote me on that, but it comes in an orangeish color bag):

Friday we were all over the place, with soo many visitors in town for our last fest, and my friends in town – we made it a late night! Hers a shot of the boys:

The far right is Mike, then Kenny, and in the back is Tommy (we call him Jamo). Kenny is actually the only one that doesn’t go here, but I NEVER get to hang out with these guys, and it was a blast! Aren’t they cute?!

Saturday morning I was woken up SUPER EARLY to get on the road with Steve – and it is unbearable to think of all the crap I ate that day, despite the fraternity cooking out on Saturday night.  

Sunday I came home bright and early and RAN into the shower, then made a little bowl of fields, and went back to bed. I was home by 7:00 am…. 

When I got up I made a CPK: Just for One Mediterranean Pizza – yum!!

Sunday afternoon started grind session for me – basically doing work form here until I walk across that stage! I had to meet my debate partner at the library, attend my LAST sorority chapter meeting EVER (tears…) and then take some time to hang out with my girlfriends for the VMA’s! (which we ALL THOUGHT WERE SO TERRIBLE THIS YEAR). So a Chipotle trip was definitely in place for us:

Monday I woke up wayyy too late to have a real breakfast, and I was eating on the go all day – so no real pictures. During the middle of the day I was so hungry, and realized I really need to start cleaning out the cupboards, so I grabbed a Z and a Smart Food popcorn:

I really love the Honey Graham Zbar’s, and it went perfectly with my honey popcorn! Maybe it is something about the summer/nice weather that makes me enjoy the honey flavor so much more! Chocolate might have to take a back seat for a bit!  

After my scramble eating yesterday, I was determined to have some sort of breakfast, so I decided some FiberOne was in order!

Ohh I missed this.

I came home for lunch realllly hungry and a wave of creativity came over me and I deicded I was going to experiment with any ingredient that I thought MIGHT taste good in a sandwich here is what I came up with:

• Arnold’s thin
• Laughing Cow
• Turkey meat
• Pepperoni
• Lettuce
• Mustard
• Pickles

VERDICT?!?! 

THIS.WAS.AWESOME. I cannot even tell you how delicious this was. I was nervous I wouldn’t like it because of the laugh cow and mustard, but the laughing cow was on the bread and I put the mustard in the middle. OH MY GOSH it was great! I will be making this again (if I can manage to “borrow” some of my roommates food again!)

Time for a quick nap before Yoga and then the library foreverrr.
